All Motif Studio sewing patterns are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a pattern has been downloaded.
Please read the pattern description carefully before purchasing to ensure it is the right project for you.
Download Issues
If you experience any problems accessing or downloading your pattern files, please contact us at motifstudiopatterns@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.
Incorrect Files
If you believe you have received the wrong file or there is an issue with your download, please get in touch within 7 days of purchase so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
